exactly do we mean by democracy and is it all it's cracked up to be? If
it is, can introducing democracy be as simple as changing a shirt? This
5-part series takes a critical look at the system of government we and
our political leaders so cherish. Does it really bring economic
benefits? Does it really promote peace? Can it really be exported - as
President Bush believes? The series visits the USA (California),
