A Blast from the Past

A Blast from the Past is a pop music public radio look back. This show is more than just a show playing music. Yes, I play some awesome songs but I also reminisce and explore the memories that are associated with a particular tune, time, and the history behind a song or artist.

I have a particular passion for unlocking the memories of the audience and I solicit participation with the hope that a song will spark a memory from the listeners that were growing up when this music was popular. Between the occasional phone call and Twitter, we have a very passionate core audience.

The mission of the program is to have fun while learning about artists, playing good tunes, and unlocking memories that are associated with the songs.
