Charter schools are changing American education. Some say the change is for better, and others say it's worse. This series looks at the charter schools movement in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee. The four-part radio series includes segments that average about 4:30. Reports are made by media professionals in Mississippi, Louisiana and Florida. It is available for broadcast on public radio and his made possible through a grant from the Corporation for Public Broadcasting.
