Global Journalist is an international affairs roundtable discussion produced by graduate students and faculty of the Missouri School of Journalism. Pat Akers, of KBIA Radio, is the Director and Engineer for the show. Each week host Stuart Loory, former vice-president of CNN, has a half-hour discussion with journalists and guests from around the world.

For the past five years Global Journalist has featured more than 1000 journalists and experts representing 79 different countries to speak about international issues to National Public Radio listeners in mid-Missouri.

Global Journalist aims to facilitate the exploration of the full diversity of global events, told from the perspectives of those living and working in those regions.
