The Red Jacket Jamboree is America's NEW old-time radio variety show recorded in front of a live audience in Michigan's Keweenaw Peninsula. Host Lena Dorey and co-host Martin Achatz (two time Poet Laureate of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan), introduce songs, stories, history and music from Michigan's Copper Country. Themed hourlong episodes feature the RJJ cast and stage band, the Copper Cats (Jerry Younce, Bill Carrothers, Harry South and guest percussionists (Carrie Biolo, Jonathan Taylor, Zach Ott, Travis Aukerman) guest singer-songwriter(s), storytellers, comedic sketches by the Red Jacket Radio Actors and more.
