Review of "Broken Words" by M. Gutierez, M. Saldana, B. Conner, E. Garcia, J. Lowe, N. White and A. Wolsord (deleted)

This ensemble poetry performance features the writers' earnest, clear, distinct voices. They soon began to sweep me away into the message, which may not be incredibly deep, but is an important reminder of serious issues told in an upbeat creative way.

It gets better as it goes along, using many musical and dramatic techniques: monologue/solo, chorus, stretto, and a delightful moment where two poets declaim, "Our words may sound whining," while the others call in countermelody, "Whine, whine, whine, whine...!"

Fits anywhere and will delight.
