WFIU Public Media has been broadcasting from the Bloomington campus of Indiana University since October, 1950. The station is a charter member of the National Public Radio network, and along with 90 other stations, it carried the premiere broadcast of NPR's in-depth news program, All Things Considered, on May 3, 1971. WFIU now broadcasts classical music, jazz, and news and information 24 hours a day. WFIU can be heard throughout Southern and Central Indiana: * 103.7 FM | Bloomington * 100.7 FM | Columbus * 101.7 FM | French Lick/West Baden * 98.9 FM | Greensburg * 106.1 FM | Kokomo * 95.1 FM | Terre Haute and on WFIU2 * 101.9 FM | Bloomington * and online at wfiu.org.
