The Goober Hour is a musical, fantastical, often nonsensical, syndicated radio show described as a "weekly dose of wackiness". Host Trevor Goober - comedian, musician and owner of way too many novelty records - takes listeners on a journey through forgotten classic tunes and new indie gems, interspersed with improv comedy, "phone calls" from an assortment of odd listeners (who all seem to sound just a tiny bit like Trevor), extensive artist interviews, and a heap of nostalgic jingles and commercials to create the perfect blend of all things weird and wonderful in the world.
Broadcasting on and off the air since 2012, TGH has become a weekly favourite amongst goofballs and audiophiles of all ages. Often described as "Boss Radio meets Pee-wee's Playhouse," the show has gained a cult following for its niche musical history features and ever-evolving oddball approach to radio. The show's comedy segments have been featured regularly on SiriusXM Satellite Radio, and the program was recently highlighted in The Los Angeles Times.
