2018 Martin Middle School Stories

Texas Folklife worked with 3 classes from Martin Middle School in Austin, Texas on a series of radio stories about family heritage, school life, teen pregnancy, and extracurricular activities.

This program is made in possible in part by the board and members of Texas Folklife, a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts, which believes that a great nation deserves great art, Texas Commission on the Arts, City of Austin Cultural Arts Division of the Economic Development Department, and generous support from the Austin Independent School District (AISD), AISD's Creative Learning Initiative (CLI), and Martin Middle School.
