Exploring the sonic continuum between traditional bluegrass and all that jazz connotes in a 2-hr weekly program. ALL SHOWS ARE EVERGREEN. They will either sound fresh any time OR are contextually specific to a season (e.g., "Summerama," "Spring Resurgence" etc.) or in some instances a date on the calendar (e.g., "Radio Independence" is for the 4th of July), but do not expire and will sound relevant at any future corresponding time.

Often thematic and always illuminating, JazzGrass offers listeners fabulous sounds of bluegrass, jazz and artists that blend these along with other styles together. If you’ve been craving a radio show featuring outstanding music that typically never receives airplay, this is the show to satisfy a craving you may not have known ever existed. Features traditional & progressive music, virtuosic acoustic & hybrid electro-jamgrass, and virtuosic jazz. Artists featured include & were inspired by: Bill Monroe, The Stanley Brothers, Flatt & Scruggs, J.D. Crowe & The New South, Doc Watson, Jerry Douglas, Tony Rice, Peter Rowan, Hot Rize, David Grisman's "Dawg" style, Bela Fleck, New Grass Revival, Infamous Stringdusters, Leftover Salmon, Django Reinhardt....plus the Jazz Masters of the 20th Century and beyond.
