Each show is an hour long and features interviews and more, hosted and recorded by Winona LaDuke, with very interesting people, from musicians like Nahko and Medicine for the People and Keith Secola, to interviews with attorneys like Michael Ratner of the Center for Constitutional Rights (Julian Assange's attorney and a long time attorney for Indigenous people) and Ovide Mercredi, former National Chief of the Assembly of First Nations in Canada.
