"The ACA Explained" is a series of free 30-second PSAs attempting to lay out some of the major changes brought by the Affordable Care Act. PSAs are offered in English and Spanish. Please download and share these as widely as you like! These PSAs were produced by WMMT 88.7 FM, Mountain Community Radio in Whitesburg, Ky., in collaboration with the Southwest Rural Policy Network. The music bed was recorded by Cory Burgess (https://soundcloud.com/florafloraflora), an independent musician from Lafayette, LA. Funding for this project was provided by the Kellogg Foundation.
