She figured while she was there, she’d interview CEO Marc Scorca about the proactive steps the group is taking to make opera more inclusive. She and Scorca met at the 2017 Opera Conference where she delivered a keynote.  They had the funny little exchange during a fireside chat  about the same topic.  This episode aired on the final day of National Opera Week, and the interview happened on location.
