Hi-5 Sports was founded in Clifton Park, N.Y. by Jim Fitzgerald to give children with physical and developmental disabilities the chance to play six different sports together (basketball, baseball, fishing, bowling, golf and soccer). While the program gives the kids a place to play sports and have fun, it also has a lot of benefits for them both socially and developmentally.
