Al Burian reads two stories about Chicago from issue #12 of his personal zine Burn Collector. Al explains the name Burn Collector like this: "It's the idea that you're taking bad experiences that you'd ordinarily just tune out, and becoming like a wine taster for them, a connoisseur of the way it makes you feel. It's about the conceptual burn." Daphne Gottlieb is from San Francisco and is the first and only poet in the Invisible Ink roster. Not that I have anything against poets, mind you.
