University of Washington professor David Levy wants to know if meditation can make multitasking at work less stressful. He's conducted experiments with a Zen teacher, a neuropsychologist, and a volunteer group of office workers. David currently teaches in the UW Information School, and he started his career as a computer scientist studying artificial intelligence. But his ideas about contemplative multitasking are rooted in the ancient art of calligraphy. David Levy speaks with KUOW's Jeremy Richards.
