NPR Intern Edition

GroupAccount image

Intern Edition is a web-based radio and multimedia program from National Public Radio. Produced entirely by interns three times each year, i.e. serves as a storytelling lab for public radio's next generation of contributors.

What you see and hear on our program may not be what you expect from NPR, or any news outlet for that matter. We know. Our goal is change the way you experience radio, and let you enjoy yourself in the process. With that in mind, we‘ve compiled visual and aural treats that span the gamut of subject and style.

Is there a hook?

'In Other Words' means you can expect a few things: Fresh content — or experiments in things unexpected; unique perspective — reporters early in their careers;
and, thanks to the internet, original delivery — mixed mediums and then some.

We hope you enjoy.
