When we claim to be "the gathering place for people who love band music," we're talking about a group of over 38 million people in the US alone. In America, hearing classical music "live" usually means hearing it at a band concert. We love marches and the music of Holst and Vaughan Williams, but the repertoire for winds is formidable. And the culture of wind music is vibrant, including people of all ages!
