Its fascinating to hear the songs from the album de-constructed into separate tracks, and to hear how the process of making this landmark work unfolded. The program lacks the kind of cultural context that "No Direction Home" included and probably wouldn't serve as an "introduction" to Springsteen for the uninitiated.
