KDHX 88.1 FM is a non-commercial, listener supported community radio station offering a full spectrum music along with cultural and public affairs programming. KDHX is a 43,000 watt stereo station broadcasting 24 hours a day, seven days a week, within an 80-mile radius of St. Louis, Missouri, USA. KDHX is licensed to the Double Helix Corporation, a non-profit organization which is governed by a 14-member Board of Directors elected by its contributors and volunteers. The corporation is independent of any governmental entity and is not affiliated with any religious or education organization. The KDHX offices and studios are located at 3524 Washington Avenue in the Grand Center Arts District; its tower is located in Jefferson County just south of St. Louis.

KDHX Community Media is a volunteer run broadcast media organization with studios in St. Louis, Missouri.  KDHX volunteers produce rich media content featuring music, video, talk radio, event information, photography, reviews and much more via a 43,000 watt radio station, our website kdhx.org  and our online channels soundcloud.com/kdhx , and youtube.com/kdhx .  

The mission of KDHX is to build community through media, with diverse and independent voices that enrich the perspectives of our audiences.  We promote civic and cultural participation by providing the tools, technology, and training vital to informed, creative expression.
