Northland Morning on KUMD brings you a special week of interviews M-F at 8am. KUMD speaks with local experts, artisans and participants in these Minnesota-centric issues and events.

Kumd's Caring and Sharing Holiday Series. "You can judge a society by the way it treats its most vulnerable members." We're talking with a number of non-profit organizations in the northland that help make this a better place to live for all of us, including the vulnerable.

Curtain Call is a weekly program dedicated to the theater arts in the Twin Ports area and Northern Minnesota. Host Lawrance Bernabo reviews and spotlights local productions, musicals, locally produced plays, independent and Hollywood movies in current and upcoming runs.

"Journey to Wellness in Indian Country" is a 10-minute program featuring interviews with medical and health researchers, professors and doctors and other people active in Native American Health today. The North 1033 partners with the University of Minnesota Duluth Medical School with their focus on Native American Community Health.
