Your Daily Constitutional is a lively and topical 90-second daily module focusing on current issues of Constitutional law. The program complements Your Weekly Constitutional but can be used as a stand-alone module. Topics in the past have included trying the Boston Bomber as an enemy combatant, the right of a high school student to wear a controversial T-shirt, controlling presidential power in the 21st century, the rights of citizens stopped by police, the constitutionality of traffic cameras, and much more. Most of today’s hot-button issues touch in some way on Constitutional law, making this a timely program well-suited for inclusion in news magazine programs.
