We use radio to get people to walk around in the city and look at it.

This is active radio. You can listen to it in your car or at your home, but you'll miss something. Show up at the appointed place and our show will guide you. We stop and maybe look at the state house, a street corner in the West End, or different views of the skyline. In between we offer a soundtrack to the city- music that sets a mood to place you're in. As the radio waves bounce around in space, you share their sounds, not only with the other walkers, but also with "accidental listeners"- people waiting at the corner, drivers with their windows rolled down, ladies walking their dogs.

We've created six of these experiences so far- four on bikes and six on feet. Each one was broadcast on BSR88.1fm between September of 2004 and May of 2005.
