This syndicated radio program in now in it's third decade featuring interviews and live recordings of artists in rock, folk, country, bluegrass, blues and many more. Hosted by Felton Pruitt, the FAT Music Show showcases the latest music by nationally touring acts and local artists in the Northern California area.

The FAT Music Show has been syndicated to radio stations around the country since 1987. Hosted by Felton Pruitt, the show features interviews and live recordings of artists from all genres and focusing on rock, folk, country, bluegrass and blues. The first segment of the show features new releases. Each week a new Featured FAT Five Inch is showcased, highlighting a recent release that deserves special attention. The second segment of the show features either an interview segment called Chewin' the FAT or a live recording from a specific artist. Recent Chewin' the FAT interviews in 2014 have included Tommy Emmanuel, Albert Lee, Leon Russell, Commander Cody, The Austin Lounge Lizards and James McMurtry. We also feature classic interviews from the FAT Music Archives from the likes of J.J. Cale, Johnny Winter, Randy Newman, Townes Van Zandt, Emmylou Harris and many more artist which Felton has interviewed over the past thirty years. Hide full description
