Christian Minstrel Pioneers

Christian Minstrel Pioneers is a one hour radio show that spotlights some of the greatest artists from the legendary “House of Beauty” music catalogue. WTB Workshop’s Bill Bulbeck hosts the eight episode series that includes the re-mastered original tracks of these gospel greats from Sonorous Entertainment’s Platinum Gospel Series. The Dixie Hummingbirds, Rev. James Cleveland, Shirley Caesar are included among other legendary greats that played a major role in the shaping of the gospel sound and music we enjoy today. The show takes an in depth look into each of these groups and artists which includes the stories and historical events behind their music.
