The Homelessness Marathon
Series produced by jessica lockhart
A fourteen hour live radio broadcast that is a town hall discussion about poverty and homelessness. Each hour covers a different topic.
The Homelessness Marathon is an annual program that features the voices and stories of homeless people from around the country. In 2011 we broadcast from the streets of Kansas City, Missouri. We raise awareness and hope to stimulate a dialogue about how to end homelessness in the United States.
