Dannion Brinkley - Secrets of the Light - Part One
From Donna Descoteaux | Part of the Living Well Show series | 28:34
What is it like to be clinically dead for 28 minutes and then come back to life?? And THEN to die TWO more times? That is the life experience of Dannion Brinkley, author of Secrets of the Light, Saved by the Light, Jewels for the Soul and At Peace in the Light. Dannion has survived insurmountable odds including two lightning strikes (who says lightening doesn’t strike twice!), open-heart surgery, brain surgery and a massive grand mal seizure.
Mr. Brinkley is a truly one of the world's most incredible near-dear survivors, truly a "walking miracle"! Dannion’s first near death experience happened in 1975. He was struck by lightening and was declared dead at the hospital. He awoke 28 minutes later in the morgue. During that time he visited the afterlife and was given 117 revelations about the future – 100 of which have since come true. Dannion shares his profound experiences on ‘the other side’ and how what he learned can be applied to our daily lives. He shares with us the “Four-Fold Path to Power” – Love, Choice, Belief and Prayer. Dannion says, “I have been to the other side of the veil, and I know there is no such thing as death. Therefore, what becomes most important, to all of us, is how passionately and powerfully we live!” Based on his unique knowledge of the afterlife, Dannion founded the Twilight Brigade a trained corps of volunteers who visit patients in Veterans' hospitals, nursing homes, hospitals and hospice facilities providing reassurance and human companionship to the dying.
In this two part show, with wit and humor, Dannion entertains and enlightens your listeners!
