This was well done. I like the natural sound that was used throughout the piece. I had hoped that the narrator would perform more favorably; I was rooting for him. Good music selection at the end. It was fun to listen to.
Well observed and fun. This quick vision of the tournament delivers on its promise of quirk. The crowd is loud and involved. The players discuss their obsessive and somewhat dubious strategies. The competition is oddly fierce. In the midst of this story is a likable narrator who strikes a nice balance between player and commentator.
Throwing would work well in any situation calling for a quick light segment (or perhaps as a part or a larger show examining what life would be like if television had never been invented).
