Open Orchard Productions (www.openorchardproductions.org) is the umbrella organization that houses three podcast series.  This organization is staffed and managed by professionals who happen to be teens!  We have been very fortunate in attracting positive attention from industry professionals.

The first podcast series is called The Core and it focuses on teens interviewing teens about their own true, personal stories.  A cross-section of teens are represented which reflects the varied experiences of different ethnic and socio-economic groups.  By focusing on the differences and similarities that exist between us all, the podcast aims at breaking down barriers and revealing universal truths.
The two upcoming series are The Elements, which reports on local influential figures that are the "unsung heroes" of philanthropy, politics, sports, and education, and Fresh Picked, which spotlights artists whose work may be up-and-coming or little known but deserving of recognition for being innovative, captivating, or particularly relevant. These sections will be launched within the next 2 months.
